77ebc Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 77ebc ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 77ebc website located at 77ebc.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing the 77ebc platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Players who fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 77ebc may have their account access suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions are processed in BDT. 77ebc does not accept cryptocurrency or international card payments. All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name — payments from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, are not permitted and will trigger enhanced verification procedures.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 77ebc unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Players who have set a self-exclusion on their account are not eligible to receive or use any bonus during the exclusion period.
• 77ebc reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if it was issued in error, claimed in breach of these Terms, or if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
• The welcome bonus on first deposit is available to new Players only, one per household and one per payment account. Existing Players creating new accounts to claim the welcome bonus will have all associated accounts closed.
• Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at 77ebc's sole discretion without prior notice. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, the applicable terms at the time of acceptance apply.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance categories within a Player's account. Real-money funds are always played through first. Bonus funds become available once the real-money balance reaches zero. Winnings generated from bonus play remain in the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, at which point they are transferred to the real-money balance and become eligible for withdrawal.

77ebc provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or claim bonuses.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected with the use of the platform.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automation tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including requests made under our self-exclusion or responsible gaming procedures.

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms, 77ebc reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money and bonus funds. Where account closure is at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

All content on the 77ebc platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 77ebc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 77ebc platform without the prior written consent of 77ebc.

The 77ebc name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 77ebc. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 77ebc. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ebc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 77ebc platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

77ebc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond 77ebc's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 77ebc will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from service interruptions unless directly caused by a proven error attributable to 77ebc.

77ebc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 77ebc.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77ebc implements SSL encryption and other appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

77ebc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77ebc will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 77ebc platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and 77ebc relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team at [email protected] shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
